AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NANOPS TECHNOLOGIES L.L.P.
This Agreement ("Agreement") is between you or the entity you represent (“You” or “Your”) and NANOPS Technologies L.L.P. (“NANOPS ”) governing your use of NANOPS ’s online productivity and collaboration software (“Services”).
1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement consists of General Terms and, where applicable, Service-Specific Terms. In case of conflicts, the Service-Specific Terms prevail.
Acceptance of Terms
You must be of legal age to enter into this Agreement. If you disagree with the General Terms, do not use any Services. If you disagree with the Service-Specific Terms, do not use that specific Service. Acceptance occurs by checking a box, clicking a button, or using the Services.
3. Description of Services
NANOPS provides cloud-based software, including offline and mobile apps, for personal or business use. You are responsible for internet access and any necessary equipment. Using your account, you can create, edit, and share content through the Services.
4. Free Trial
If you register for a free trial, access will be granted until the earlier of:
- The end of the trial period.
- The start of a paid subscription, or.
- Termination by NANOPS.
Any data or customizations created during the trial will be lost unless you:
Purchase a subscription,
Buy service upgrades, or
Export your data before the trial ends.
Services provided during the trial are as-is without warranties, support, or liability.
5. User Sign-up Obligations
To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. If using the Services for your organization, we recommend using corporate contact information and your corporate email. Failure to provide valid or updated information may result in account termination or restricted access.
6. Restrictions on Use
You agree NOT to:
- Transfer, share, or resell Services without permission.
- Reverse-engineer or modify the Services.
- Use unauthorized third-party links or logos without consent.
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.
- Harm, disable, or impair NANOPS servers, networks, or systems.
- Store or send harmful code, viruses, or malware.
- Share confidential data without permission or publish offensive or illegal material.
- Use the Services to violate any law or for competitive purposes.
- Use the Services in ways that threaten national security, public order, or cause harm.
- Create fake identities or spread false information for financial or personal gain.
7. Spamming and Illegal Activities
You are solely responsible for the content you transmit. You must not use the Services for:
- Illegal, defamatory, harassing, or abusive material.
- Offensive content based on race, religion, or ethnicity.
- Transmission of spam, junk mail, or phishing attempts. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
8. Fees and Payments
- Subscription Plans: Services are available via subscription. Payments for short-term plans (less than a year) must be made via credit card.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel or downgrade to a free plan at least 7 days before renewal.
- Price Changes: Any price increase will take effect after your current billing cycle.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT) will be added to your subscription fee, and invoices will be provided accordingly.
9. Organization Accounts and Administrators
- You may assign one or more administrators to manage and configure the Services. If a third party sets up your
organization’s account, ensure a proper agreement defines their role.
- Responsibilities: You are responsible for:
- Keeping passwords secure.
- Assigning capable administrators.
- Ensuring compliance with this Agreement.
- If you lose control of the admin accounts, provide a recovery process to NANOPS by emailing support@nanops.in.
NANOPS may transfer control to an individual with proper authorization if no process is provided.
10. Personal Information and Privacy
Your personal data is managed as per our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you accept these terms. You are
responsible for:
- Keeping login credentials secure.
- Reporting unauthorized access to support@nanops.in.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
11. Communications from NANOPS
- You will receive service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters as part of using the Services.
- You may opt out of newsletters, but cannot opt out of essential announcements or messages.
12. Complaints Handling
- If we receive a complaint about your activity, it will be forwarded to your registered email. You must respond to the complainant within 10 days, copying NANOPS in the communication.
- If you fail to respond, NANOPS may disclose your contact details to the complainant for legal action.
13. Inactive Account Policy
- Unpaid accounts inactive for 120 days may be terminated.
- Inactive accounts will have their associated data deleted. Activity in one service does not keep other services
active.
- If at least one user remains active in a multi-user account, the account will not be considered inactive.
14. Hosting Location and IP Policy
- Your cloud facility is assigned based on your IP address at sign-up. Do not mask your IP.
- If your region is found to differ from our records, we may require migration to the correct facility or suspend
your account.
- We may store local copies of data where legally required.

15. Data Ownership
You own all content you create or store using the Services. NANOPS will not use or distribute your content without
permission, except as necessary to provide the Services.
16. User-Generated Content
- You are responsible for any content you publish or transmit. Ensure you do not accidentally make private content
public.
- Content made public may be indexed by search engines.
- Copyrighted material: Do not publish copyrighted content unless you have proper authorization. NANOPS may block
or remove infringing content if a complaint is received.
